General Salvis/Franke Information
Franke and Salvis "merged"--which implies a joining of equals--but the end result is simply "Salvis", though there is even yet still a separate Franke web site (but the Franke line does not appear to comprise any induction equipment).
Salvis shows two lines containing induction countertop equipment, all commercial-grade; they have matching style and appearance, and would doubtless mix and match well.
The first, which they call their "Compactline", offers a dozen or so units; they are all described in a single PDF document, the Compactline. Note especially their electrical-service requirements: most require 400-volt, 3-phase mains power, not commonly available outside commercial kitchens. The two "multifunctional" units can be used as ordinary cookers or as several other specialized things--those requiring separately bought accessories (available: wok frame, wok pan, pasta casserole, pasta segments, griddle plate, temperature sensor, etc.).
The second line, which is not wholly induction, is their "Smartline"; it, too, is presented in a single PDF document, the "Smartline".

Salvis also offers this mobile station for front-of-house use; it can hold any of the Smartline units.

Compactline
These units are each available as either 3.5-kW power using 230-volt service or 5.0-kW power using 400-volt service.
